Breathe in. Breathe out. Come salute the sun with us every Wednesday, April through October for a special yoga, barre, or pilates class presented by various studios and instructors! This event is subject to cancellation due to weather. In the event of inclement weather, a cancellation notice will be posted on our social media (@avaloninsider).

Don’t forget to receive a virtual stamp at each class. Attend 5 classes to complete your loyalty card + redeem for an AvalOM swag item.

AvalOM Kick off Event: Wednesday, April 3rd

  • 6PM to 6:15PM: Full-body workout, taught by Catherine Lockman with [solidcore], presented by allbirds + [solidcore]
  • 6:20PM to 6:35PM: Yoga, taught by Taylor Briggs Nabavi: lululemon legacy ambassador, presented by lululemon
  • 6:40PM to 6:55PM: Mat Pilates, taught by Georgia Roy, presented by Club Pilates
  • 7:00PM to 7:15PM: Yoga, taught by Kim Saunders, founder of YTT Collective, presented by Athleta

  • Wednesday, April 17th: TBD
  • Wednesday, April 24th: Mat Pilates, taught by April Avellanosa, presented by Club Pilates
