Concierge offers bag check to shopping guests during property hours to ensure they fully enjoy themselves without having to worry about carrying your belongings!
Our Concierge booth is stocked with complimentary items guests may request such as bottled water, Chapstick, mints, and first aid.
Avalon Gift Cards are available at Concierge which can be redeemed at participating retailers and restaurants. The gift cards can be purchased with funds from $5 to $500 with a $3 service fee per activation.
Concierge provides scavenger hunt maps and clue sheets to those wanting to complete our famous Avalon Squirrel Scavenger Hunt.
Concierge provides all guests and residents with complimentary umbrellas and blankets, when available.
Our team can assist with planning corporate outings or private events like birthday parties, picnics in The Plaza, scavenger hunts, marriage proposals and gender reveals!* Make sure to stop by concierge on your birthday to grab a complimentary glass of wine and a birthday pin!
Avalon concierge will coordinate with security to complete your lost & found inquiry.
Reserve a 45-minute photography session to capture your visit to Avalon! This is a great way to remember birthdays, gender reveals, anniversaries, engagements, or just a night out! Each session will be $50 for 45 minutes and you will receive a link to the photos after your session. This is offered Friday-Sunday with a 72 hours’ notice. Make sure to call Concierge at 770-765-1000 or email experiencemakers@experienceavalon.com to book your session so you can remember your Moments on the Boulevard!
Not only is Avalon a dog-friendly property, but our Concierge team provides water and dog treats to all our fur friends.
Concierge will prepare a picnic basket with your requested meal from an Avalon restaurant for you to pick up and enjoy!
A few things to note: Picnic services are available April-October, any day of the week, during the hours of 11am-7pm. We request that guests give at least one week’s notice for booking a picnic. You can schedule a picnic for up to two hours, and there is space for four to six people at the table, depending on what you’re comfortable with. We are able to set this up for you in The Plaza, Palmer Plaza, The Living Room, or Ron’s Place, based on availability + date. We ask that you limit the items you bring, so we can avoid interrupting other guests. Small décor items, such as balloons, may be allowed, but need to be approved by Concierge first. We will provide the table, seating pillows, decorative pillows, table décor, greeting sign, picnic basket, bottled water, and ice bucket. The only fee required is a $25 donation to The Giving Kitchen, a non-profit organization that provides emergency assistance to food service workers in crisis. Donations made cannot be refunded.
Concierge provides all guests and residents with complimentary phone charging at the Concierge desk, during operating hours.
Concierge may provide guests with media passes, necessary for any professional photography on property, at the Concierge desk. Approval from property management required for larger productions.
Concierge will provide information on our vast assortment of retailers and restaurants, as well as upcoming Avalon events!
All Avalon restaurant menus are available to view at Concierge. Reservations available upon request.
Our team can arrange transportation around property by using our GEM cart (upon availability), transportation off property, and car detailing with our preferred car services. * Avalon’s Security team is also able to assist guests with car battery issues.
