Need to Knows for The Lighting of Avalon

What can you expect when we kick off the holiday season at Avalon? Here is your go-to guide for everything you need to know before The Lighting of Avalon on November 18th! Still have a question? Send us an email at social@experienceavalon.com.

1) Arrive early to beat the crowds.

The festivities begin at 1PM, but we suggest arriving a few hours early. Enjoy brunch at Oak SteakhouseCru Wine Bar, Marlow's Tavern, or Branch & Barrel while you wait!

2) Carpooling is key.

Parking will fill up quickly. Guests may park in any of our free parking decks. Consider carpooling or using a ride share program to and from the event. Valet will also be available at 3rd Street only.

Please note: Whole Foods parking lot is for guests shopping at Whole Foods only. Please refrain from parking in their lot if you are planning on visiting the rest of property.

3) Our retailers will be open - get some holiday shopping done early.

Spend $300 or more throughout the day at our retailers and present your same day receipt to Concierge to receive a free pair of Avalon On Ice tickets!

4) Holiday show and tree lighting location.

The Holiday Spectacular performances and tree lighting will take place on the main stage located at 2nd Street and Avalon Boulevard, directly in front of the Concierge booth.

5) Get connected on social media.

Use the hashtag #AvalonHoliday2018 to share your photos with us! Luster will also be on site for you to document your experience through unique polaroids.

6) Unable to make it to The Lighting of Avalon?

Stop by for some holiday merriment another day! Santa at Avalon will be open until December 24th and Avalon On Ice will be open until January 21st.
